SHREE MATA SWADHAA DEVI

Pronounced Swa.dhaa

Mataji is a native of Coimbatore (T.N.). Born in a pious religious family consisting of three elder brothers and a younger brother, she finished her BSc in Mathematics and completed her post-graduation after marriage. She got married to Shri Vishwanath and moved to Bengaluru. She became a teacher and headmistress of S.M. English school. Along with her husband she first visited Hamsa Ashramam in the year 2000 and Gurudeva, Poojya Gurudeva Swami Virajeshwara Saraswati, initiated her with Guru Mantra.

Mataji experienced the culmination of her sadhana with firsthand direct experience (aparoksha anubhuti) of vishwaroopa darshana (Realization of Self) in the Year 2012. Mataji after establishing in eternal peace (Parama Shanti) remained in solitude and bliss as an inconspicuous realized master having nothing to do with the mundane world. She says that Swamiji (Poojya Gurudeva Swami Virajeshwara Saraswati) knows everything and all that happens is by His sankalpa only.

Mataji’s guidance for a Sadhak is available in the book Sannidhi Samvadam,” which is basically in the form of a dialogue between an earnest, qualified disciple, and a Realized Guru. The book very systematically and clearly explains the steps to be taken in the spiritual quest, various doubts encountered and crisp answers by Mataji to dispel the doubts.

Sannidhi Samvadam Book

One must repeatedly reflect upon the upadesha/teachings given by Mataji, which will help them to have a clear understanding of sadhana. This is a pilgrimage towards perfection.
